Hi Marna,
The pictures are not coming out. Not sure how you are taking them out of the person's email (don't copy & past). The best way is to right click on the picture and the option "save picture" will come up if you scroll down. Save it onto your computer in what ever place you want. Then insert how you normally would any other picture. Good luck!!
