Children are welcome to come. There is a swing set and sandbox available to all children - It is in the shady back garden area not visible to the front gardens. Children under 5 should be supervised at all times. The tree house, which now has a sign on it, is off limits to all garden visitors.
Please be sure your kids have gone to the bathroom before they come. The indoor bathroom is not available to visitors. - We've had over 100 kids who have lived here - both girls and boys learned how to go to the bathroom outside - the boys have it easier as they just have to step up to a tree or the edge of the woods - for the girls, they just need to know where to go - under the pool deck - it is big enough that they can get out of sight and take care of business.
You are welcome to bring snacks/drinks for your kids - please make sure they put their rubbish in barrel in garage, or as provided.
