Marna,
What a great AB workout I had this morning in your garden. When I awoke this morning in my usual sore fashion, thanks to my Fibromyalgia, I thought I really needed to rest up today for my upcoming trip to New York on Thursday. Then I thought I needed to be ready for all the walking around and I would take the dog for a walk. Then I remembered it was watering day so out I went. My little spots of garden seem to be doing OK (I am really not an experienced gardener). I then remembered your tour coming up this weekend. I am sadly going to miss it as I will be away. However, to make myself feel better I thought I would get my workout in your garden. What a good feeling I left with knowing I paid you in time for all you have shared with me (seeds, plants, seedlings and knowledge...). I also left soaking wet with not only persperation (yuck) but progress.
I did some deadheading, weeding and a little work here and there as directed and instructed. One area in particular needed weeding as the beautiful bush (I don't even know it's name) was surrounded by weeds. After clearing it out I felt such a sense of accomplishment. I did not mind the aches and pains and the sweat running down my body. I had acheived a progress and the results made me feel really good about starting my day by helping someone as truly giving and wonderful as you are Marna!!!
Have a great week and I will pray for good weather for your tour n the weekend.
Love,
Jeanne

Hi Marna,
I will be bringing 4 baby red Barberry? thorn bush-plants if anyone want them and a small burning bush. I will see what else I have for your open house.
